Nous sommes ravis de vous offrir nos services exceptionnels de prestations son et lumières pour divers événements, tels que des Raves, Festivals, événements corporatifs et autres occasions spéciales. En engageant nos services et en acceptant un devis de Symmetry Sound and Lights Inc., vous acceptez les termes et conditions énoncés ci-dessous. Nous vous encourageons à les lire attentivement, car ils régissent la relation entre notre compagnie et vous, notre estimé client. En acceptant un devis, vous confirmez votre engagement à respecter et à vous conformer à ces termes et conditions.

1. Définitions

Dans les présents termes et conditions :

“Symmetry Sound & Lights” désigne l’entreprise Symmetry Sound & Lights, basée à Montréal, Québec, Canada, spécialisée dans la prestation de services professionnels de son et d’éclairage pour événements.
“Client” désigne toute personne ou entité utilisant nos services.
“Services” incluent l’installation, l’opération et la maintenance des équipements de son et d’éclairage pour des événements, fournis par nos techniciens qualifiés.

2. Acceptation des termes

En engageant Symmetry Sound & Lights pour des services ou en utilisant notre site web, vous acceptez d’être lié par ces termes et conditions. Si vous n’acceptez pas ces termes, veuillez ne pas utiliser nos services.

3. Services fournis

Symmetry Sound & Lights fournit des services professionnels de son et d’éclairage pour des événements privés, corporatifs ou publics, incluant, mais sans s’y limiter :

- Fourniture, installation et configuration d’équipements de son (line arrays, PA speakers) et d’éclairage.
- Opération des équipements par des techniciens qualifiés pendant les événements.
- Maintenance des équipements pendant la durée de l’événement.

Nos services n’incluent pas la location d’équipements sans prestation de services professionnels. Les détails des services, y compris les coûts et les spécifications, seront précisés dans un contrat ou une soumission écrite fournie au client.

4. Réservations et paiements

4.1. Réservations : Toute réservation doit être confirmée par écrit via courriel ou contrat signé. Un dépôt est requis dès l’approbation du devis pour sécuriser la réservation.
4.2. Paiements : Le paiement intégral doit être effectué avant le jour de l’événement, sauf accord préalable écrit permettant un paiement après l’événement. Les paiements en retard peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires.
4.3. Annulations : Les annulations doivent être soumises par écrit. Des frais d’annulation peuvent s’appliquer, comme indiqué dans le contrat.

5. Responsabilités du client

Le client s’engage à :

Fournir un accès adéquat au lieu de l’événement pour l’installation et le démontage des équipements.
Assurer un environnement sécuritaire pour les techniciens et les équipements.
Respecter les instructions d’utilisation des équipements fournies par Symmetry Sound & Lights.
Assumer la responsabilité des dommages aux équipements causés par l’alcool, des chocs ou toute autre action de personnes autres que le personnel de Symmetry Sound & Lights, notamment lorsque les équipements sont accessibles au public ou aux DJ.
Prendre les précautions nécessaires pour protéger leur public et eux-mêmes contre les dommages auditifs potentiels liés à l’utilisation des équipements de son. Symmetry Sound & Lights n’est pas responsable des dommages aux oreilles.

6. Responsabilité et dommages

6.1. Symmetry Sound & Lights est responsable de la fourniture d’équipements en bon état de fonctionnement et de leur maintenance pendant l’événement, sauf en cas de dommages causés par des tiers.
6.2. Le client est responsable des dommages aux équipements causés par l’alcool, des chocs ou toute autre action de personnes autres que le personnel de Symmetry Sound & Lights, notamment lorsque les équipements sont placés à proximité du public ou accessibles aux DJ.
6.3. Symmetry Sound & Lights n’est pas responsable des dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation des équipements par le client, les DJ ou des tiers.
6.4. Symmetry Sound & Lights n’est pas responsable des dommages auditifs subis par le client, les DJ ou le public. Le client et son public doivent prendre leurs propres mesures de protection auditive.

7. Limitation de responsabilité

Symmetry Sound & Lights ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects, consécutifs ou accessoires découlant de l’utilisation de nos services, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, la perte de profits, l’interruption d’événements ou les dommages auditifs.

8. Propriété intellectuelle

Tout contenu publié sur le site web de Symmetry Sound & Lights, y compris les images, textes et logos, est la propriété de Symmetry Sound & Lights ou de ses partenaires. Toute reproduction ou utilisation sans autorisation écrite est interdite.

9. Modifications des termes

Symmetry Sound & Lights se réserve le droit de modifier ces termes et conditions à tout moment. Les modifications seront publiées sur notre site web et entreront en vigueur immédiatement.

10. Loi applicable

The other provisions will not be affected.
